I transitioned to a career in real estate in 2013 and am currently a Branch Vice President with the Coldwell Banker Realty Newtown, Ridgefield, and Redding offices. Coldwell Banker Realty is one of the most innovative and powerful real estate brands globally. Coldwell Banker® was founded in 1906 when Colbert Coldwell, a young real estate sales associate, observed families trying to piece their lives together following the disastrous San Francisco earthquake. Seeing a need for honest, empowering, and knowledgeable real estate professionals, Coldwell formed his own company, titled "Tucker, Lynch & Coldwell." Even over 117 years ago this company wanted to work with only the most loyal, honest, and knowledgeable REALTORS®.

I have over 28 years of achievement spanning operations, business development, and organizational management. I have studied market and consumer trends, defined business opportunities, and driven growth in revenue and customer base. My real estate career began with Coldwell Banker Greenwich Global Luxury sales office, where I consistently ranked in the top 17 percent year-over-year of all Coldwell Banker® agents globally for my sales productivity.

As a Branch Vice President, it is my mission that our 75+ REALTORS® understand our Core 4 values so they can live exceptional lives while embracing an outstanding real estate career.

As a dynamic business leader, I utilize the innovative systems, programs and analytics provided to me by Coldwell Banker Realty to equip and train our REALTORS® with top-of-the-line marketing tools, advertising, and yearly business plans. I train and guide our current REALTORS® and recruit established, talented and motivated top producing REALTORS® who live in and personally know the history of our area towns, amenities, schools, and neighborhoods within our communities. My performance is measured by directing innovation and assisting our REALTORS® to provide valuable and accurate information to our clients.

Our offices have received various awards during my tenure including the 2020 and 2021 Premiere Bronze office award which is presented to the offices that attain an average per sales associate of $90,000 Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income or an average of twenty-five units. We also received the 2020 through and including 2023 International Diamond Society office award which is awarded to the offices with the Average Gross Commission Income of $5,000,000 and five hundred award units.

Under my leadership, our offices have received prestigious awards including the International Diamond Society office award from 2020 through and including 2023. In 2023 I achieved the President's Council Award for the top 100 Managers in the country, placing #36 and the #1 Manager in the State of Connecticut. Additionally, I am an active member of various real estate and community organizations, including the National Association of REALTORS® Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, Northern Fairfield Board of REALTORS® and the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce.
